I’ve never been asked on a first real date before where you actually dress nice and get to know the person before settling for a relationship! I give this boy props!!!!!! Usually it’s a “will you go out with me” basis, but never a “would you like to go on a date with me.”
YESS!! THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT!
The last time I started jumping around because of simple texts from a boy was 2008. I have never spazzed so much in my life since then lolol. Omgsh. Everytime we text each other, I couldn’t help but smile so hard. AHH! THE BUTTERFLIES!!!! ^___________________________________^
I ended my last day at Applebee’s right. Robert and I got out of work earlier around 5pm and chilled until everyone else got out. He and I got bubble tea, walked around Waldbaums to look at food (lol!), and went to Fresh Meadow Applebees to take advantage of my very last discount. We headed to the bar at around 11pm with yhamir, jose, and mustafa. Melissa picked up Mandy and came an hour later.
AT THE BAR:
At first it looked so wack but then with some drinks it became all hyped. Robert and Yhamir tried to carry me to the middle of the dance floor and forced me to dance. I didn’t want to at first, but then I just began to dance. My little solo created a dance battle between me and this guy. I ended up winning and got a victory shot from Robert :] I was told that I stole the show last night, people were talking to me and was like “damn girl”…even the BARTENDER recorded it (omg i hope it doesnt get posted anywhere).
I danced with people, but to be honest…there was only one person that I wanted to dance with… we ended up going outside and talked….I hate how everyone else cock blocked and came out of nowhere. I’ve liked this guy since January but since I thought it wouldn’t work out, I thought I could just move on. I got butterflies last night when we talked and danced..never really felt like that with other people I’ve danced with in the past. Idk if it would ever work out but I really enjoyed his company.
THE COPS!?!
We decided to go to Mcdonalds right after and Robert drove my car with Mustafa in the back seat while Melissa, Yhamir, Mandy, and Jose were right behind us. I guess we were really loud and it caught attention with the cop cars. From that moment I thought we were really going to jail since Mustafa and I were underage, and Robert had some drinks too. One of the worst parts was the fact Jose smoked weed before entering my car when I picked him up earlier..so the car itself smelled like pure weed. When the cops were talking to Robert, he responded in an honest manner. Robert mentioned that he had a few drinks and we really did come from the bar. The cops asked what are we doing now, and he responded truthfully saying that we were about to get Mcdonalds with our friends and the fact we all just got out of work at Applebees. Robert had to take a Breathalyzer test and from that point I started praying to God he wouldn’t get arrested. I just kept looking at Mustafa in fear.
Robert came back into the car
Robert: Ok guys, get out of the car….we’re done..
Me: Wait what???
Robert: We’re done………..
Me: -Silence-
Robert: Lets get some food, I passed :]
You don’t understand how scared I was when he said “we’re done” loll
I hugged him so much, I was so happy. We went into Mcdonalds with so much applause for Rob.
After getting Mcdonalds, we dropped Mustafa home and everyone else went their separate ways. Robert and I chilled for a bit before we departed…talked about how crazy last night was…. We were told that he and I owned the night LOL him with the cops and me at the bar.
Most memorable night of my life so far <3
You’ve been my best friend for as long as I can remember. I remember as a 3 year old, I used to hold you in my arms on Christmas day at your old place (Who knew our parents would trust me enough to not drop you loll). I’m about to be emotional so prepare yourself lol.
I can’t believe that you’re graduating. It seems just yesterday we were making stupid videos about absolute nonsense, playing “Seamonster” on my front lawn, screaming at the top of our lungs and making ugly faces at the camera, being chased by my brother when he pretended to be bulbasaur, played Playstation 1 all day (ESPECIALLY GAMECUBE), played Sonic during a rainy day in the living room..the list goes on
And this is when I start to tear haha..
I’ve watched you grow up since you were a baby, now you’ve become such a beautiful young lady. I was just thinking about how both of us grew up too quickly, I guess we have to look at reality now. I’m about to turn 20 and you’re going to be 18 in July. Remember when everything was so easy and all we worried about was finding out how to get to each other’s houses. Your dad was always the slow driver haha. I can’t believe how old we’ve gotten..looking back at everything we’ve been through..I couldn’t help but tear.
I was always there for you when you needed me. I could never handle seeing you cry cause then it always hurt me inside. I know where you would hide when you just want to escape from the world. I know when you feel bothered even if you say you’re okay. I probably know you more than anyone else in this world. No matter what age we are, people would find us doing stupid and weird things in public but we just don’t care..that’s how we’ve always been. I love you so much..you’re not only my best friend, but you’ve always been like a sister to me.
I’ve always wanted to protect you from any harm, especially when someone hurts you. I want to be like that older sister you’ve never had, but I want to be that best friend you could cherish moments with.
When I saw you come down those steps in your prom dress, I was actually holding in the tears……you’re seriously growing up……
I was thinking about all the funny random moments we’ve had as kids, now we’re both in college…
ILYSM….you’ve played a big role in my life….now good luck in college girl! I know you’ll do great!
